Pink Sheets

A daily publication (so named for the colour) of the bid and ask prices of thousands of over-the-counter stocks. Companies whose stocks are quoted here are also called "Penny Stocks." They have smaller asset sizes and share prices. They do not qualify for listing on NASDAQ. (Also see Over-the-Counter, Bulletin Board, and NASDAQ.)
